The sterilization method is moist heat sterilization by pressure saturated steam generated by electric heating, with a rated volume of 18L, and the internal size of the sterilization chamber is 280mm in diameter × 290mm in depth. In terms of working temperature and pressure parameters, the maximum working temperature is 126℃, corresponding to the working pressure of 0.142MPa; the design temperature is 128℃, and the design pressure is 0.165MPa. The power supply and power parameters are AC 220V ±10%, 50Hz ±2%, with a rated heating power of 2KW. In terms of the main structure material, the sterilization inner tank and the pot body are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel. In the subsequent investigation of series cross-regional theft cases and homicide cases, the laboratory ensured the aseptic and pollution-free whole process of inspection through this equipment, successfully obtained the complete DNA typing of the suspect from the trace contact samples of many cases, provided key scientific evidence for the detection of the cases. At the same time, the operation records and sterilization parameters of the equipment can be completely archived, which fully complies with the relevant requirements of judicial authentication qualification certification, and ensures the court admissibility of all test results.
